Just a couple of ideas I’d like to share with OECD cataloguers – try using the Search function in the PDF (right click > search) when you need to verify a name or phrase in a lengthy document. Also, take a few minutes to set up a list of short keys. Though a bit cumbersome at first, you soon memorize the combinations, and that can really save time spent on each record. Keep the shortkey menu open and minimized, then work from a printout if it’s easier. (Remember to close this application when you no longer need it or phrases will pop up in documents where they are not wanted!)
